GET YOUR PHYSICAL!

For all those planning on participating in Cross Country, Indoor Track, Outdoor Track, or any other sport this season, GET YOUR PHYSICALS NOW! It must be dated after June 1, 2019 and is good for all year! If you get it now, then you don't have to worry about it later. Hand it to Malloy or Taylor at the high school. If you are doing a fall sport other than XC you can hand the physical directly to Taylor. Let Taylor know that you plan on doing track and she will let the coaches know.
