Summer Workouts
Happy Summer Running!
The team will be meeting for informal workouts on Wednesday evenings by the field hockey field at the high school from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. These workouts will be to get the athletes running at least once a week and to get to know their new family/teammates. All interested in running XC or track for the high school this year are welcome to attend!
