All athletes must have the following to tryout for all sports:

1. PIAA physical dated May 1, 2026 or more recent. All paperwork must be uploaded to Arbiter Registration. 
2. Concussion Lecture. Go to files & links, then click on the Concussion Lecture file. 
3. ImPact testing for contact sports only (cheer, football, field hockey, soccer, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, baseball, softball, flag football, and lacrosse). Students must talk to their coach for more information about ImPact baseline testing.
